The ""blue top"" report issued by the ABI signalling compliance with ABI policy and with corporate governance best practice is also welcomed as is the recommendation from Glass Lewis & Co to vote in favour of 19 out of 20 resolutions (including for the Remuneration Report and all Directors).

The majority of our institutional shareholders either follow the recommendations of ISS or contribute to the report of the ABI.

Our institutional shareholders have strongly supported the Board at recent general meetings and we are confident that they will continue to do so at easyJet's forthcoming AGM.
