easyJet and easyJet holidays have brought back the sell-out Advent(ure) Calendar for 2023.
Filled with extraordinary travel experiences and extras, the limited-edition product features 12 drawers each containing special travel gifts to be enjoyed next year.
The last edition of the calendar sold out in just two days and are expected to be equally in demand this time around.
The Adventure calendar includes four pairs of return flights, vouchers to spend on an easyJet holidays package holiday, lounge access with No1 and Aspire airport lounges, vouchers to use on the onboard EAT.DRINK.SHOP range, and car hire with CarTrawler.
This year’s edition also introduces a brand-new Golden Ticket for an easyJet holidays package for two with Iberostar Hotels and Resorts, hidden in four select calendars the package also includes flights and transfers, alongside 23kg of luggage per person.
The calendar is back by popular demand after research revealed that over three-quarters (76%) of Brits said that exploring more of the world is one of their New Year's resolutions for 2024.
Brits are prioritising travel above other popular resolutions like starting a new hobby or quitting a bad habit, with Italy voted the country that Brits most want to visit in 2024.
The nationwide study also discovered that almost three quarters of Brits (74%) said they would like to receive experience-based gifts instead of physical presents this Christmas.
Over 65% of those polled are asking to receive travel related gifts like flights, holidays or travel experiences. In fact, nearly half of us (42%) look forward to our advent calendar more than Christmas gifts, making the calendar the perfect gift of adventure.
Given our desire to explore more next year, 79% of us plan to go somewhere we have never been before and over two-thirds (69%) want to incorporate adventurous activities into their travel plans, with the likes of jet skiing (31%) and quad biking (32%) topping the poll of most popular activities.
Travel planning is set to be front of mind during the Christmas period as more than half (55%) of Brits said that they start planning next year's travel before the next year begins. Of that number, 6% are extreme holiday planners, who say all their annual leave for the following year is booked by January 1st.
With four pairs of return flights and £50 to spend on an easyJet holiday in the drawers of every Adventure calendar, it’s the ultimate present for planning a year of travel.
Priced at £695, the calendar offers great value with the flights, experiences and travel extras included worth over £2000.
50% of the proceeds from the sales of the calendars will go to easyJet’s charity partner UNICEF.

The airline has over 300 aircraft on nearly 1000 routes to more than 150 airports across 35 countries. Over 300 million Europeans live within one hour's drive of an easyJet airport.
easyJet aims to be a good corporate citizen, employing people on local contracts in eight countries across Europe in full compliance with national laws and recognising their trade unions. The airline joined the UN-backed Race to Zero in November 2021 and has published its roadmap to net zero carbon emissions by 2050, with a focus on new technology and the ultimate ambition to achieve zero carbon emission flying across its entire fleet, which the airline is working on together with its partners including Airbus, Rolls-Royce, GKN Aerospace, and Cranfield Aerospace Solutions. The roadmap also features a combination of fleet renewal, operational efficiencies, airspace modernisation, Sustainable Aviation Fuel and carbon removal technology. Additionally, it includes an interim carbon emissions intensity reduction target of 35% by 2035 (versus 2019). Since 2000, the airline has already reduced its carbon emissions per passenger, per kilometre by one-third through continued fleet renewal, efficient operations and aiming to fill most of its seats.
Innovation is in easyJet’s DNA – since launching over 25 years ago, easyJet changed the way people fly to the present day where the airline leads the industry in digital, web, engineering and operational innovations to make travel more easy and affordable for its passengers.
