TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. easyJet Airline Company Limited, Hangar 89, London Luton Airport, LU2 9PF (“easyJet”) is the promoter of the competition and prize.
2. This competition is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, except if you (or your immediate family) are employees of easyJet or its affiliated companies.
3. The competition will run from 10am on 3rd May 2023 till 11pm on 5th May 2023. Entries must be received by 11pm UK time on the 5th May 2023. By submitting an entry, you are accepting these terms and conditions.
4. easyJet reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of an anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the easyJet’s control. Any changes to the competition will be published on easyJet’s official Instagram page (@easyjet) and on this page.
5. These terms are governed by the laws of England and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
6. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. You understand that you are providing your information to easyJet and not to Instagram, and you completely release Instagram from any claims in relation to this competition.
How to enter and prize details
7. easyJet will be posting the competition on their official Instagram page @easyjet. To enter, you need to follow the page and comment on the post which two past Eurovision acts you would choose to sit either side of you on a flight. An act can be an individual or a group.
9. You can enter up to five times during the duration of the competition. No bulk, machine generated, consumer group or third party entries will be accepted. Your entry is received at the time easyJet receives notification of your comment and follow on Instagram. Incomplete, invalid or entries received after the competition has closed will not be accepted. If your entry gets lost in cyberspace or doesn’t arrive for any other reason, that’s not easyJet’s fault.
10. There will be one overall winner that will receive: two VIP tickets to the Eurovision Song Contest 2023 final on 13th May 2023; plus one night’s accommodation in a standard double room for two people on 13th May 2023 at the Crown Plaza Liverpool City Centre. Transport to and from Liverpool, the venue and the hotel is not included.
How is the winner chosen?
11. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries by a random generator.
12. The random draw will happen on 6th May 2023 drawing one winner from Instagram entries.
13. We will give the winner the good news by messaging them by direct message through easyJet’s official Instagram account (@easyJet).
14. easyJet will do its best to find the winner. But if we can’t, or if the winner hasn’t accepted the prize by the 8th of May 2023, another eligible entry will be selected from the original competition post and declared the winner.
If you do win
15. A member of our team will message you directly for you to arrange your prize. You must reply to us using the details provided and accept the prize by the 8th of May 2023, otherwise we reserve the right to select another winner.
16. We may ask you to provide proof of identity, residency and age, so that we are sure you are who you say you are, and are eligible to receive the prize.
17. You can’t exchange the prize for cash, or ask us to give it to someone else (not that you’d want to!). We will use reasonable efforts to award the prize as described but if due to unforeseen circumstances we are unable to do that, we’ll substitute it for another prize of equal or higher value.
18. You’ll be responsible for all taxes, insurance and any other expenses, fees and costs connected with the use of the prize that are not included in the prize description.
19. If, in order to take the prize, you and your plus one are lucky enough to need a valid passport and/or other necessary travel documentation and visas, you’ll need to sort those out for yourself.
20. You are responsible for your use of the prize, including complying with any applicable terms and conditions of use. Of course, if you win a prize, you’ll be good and comply with all relevant laws, rules and regulations. easyJet reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who has engaged in unlawful or improper conduct.

23. easyJet will only use the personal information provided to us during the course of this promotion to conduct the promotion and award the prize.
